Bay. Paul ended up liking San Quintin so much he bought a trailer to be able
to go as often as possible.
Winter 2003-2004:
Winter is definitely more relaxed than summer! Many of our
instructors are traveling or in school. There have been some good days on the
water, especially during clearing winds after storms. Most of the action has
been in San Diego because it is way too cold for mortals in San Francisco
during the winter.
September 14, 2003:

officially ends. See you next Spring!
Kite surfing lessons
continue year round at all other West Coast Kiteboarding locations.

Slingshot Kiteboarding Demo at Enchanted Cove in San Diego. Light winds, but
the big kites worked well. People were especially stoked on the new boards.
This was the first demo for the new Slingshot tech rep, Bob. Great guy with
tons of unreal stories from his travels around the world.
May 10, 2003:
We are pleased to welcome Alameda local Don Hitchens to our team. Don will be
primarily teaching at our San Francisco location. Don is a solid rider and a
great guy. He will be helping the local scene by providing safe instruction,

area, and by keeping the area around the shack as clean and free from
kite-killer debris as possible.
